In addition to a vast range of die springs made to different standards, Bordignon also produces special springs in alloy steel and carbon steel, in round, rectangular and other cross-sections.

These springs are referred to as “special” because:

• They do not conform to international standards.
• They are made to customer specifications/drawings.
• They can be supplied raw or with various surface treatments.

The production process is performed entirely in-house and is meticulously controlled at every phase to ensure constant quality and product traceability. Bordignon caters for the widest range of possible applications, and can develop dedicated solutions using special software for design, load testing, length, diameter and travel measurements.
